1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, custom‑made products, or final‑sale items are non‑returnable.

 

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@melirinco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items, MELIRINCO will cover all return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@melirinco.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage for faster processing.
