  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (such as food), intimate apparel, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
